The first edition of AMBI in Luxembourg, wants to draw attention to the need to speak and not say too much, to ask for financial help, but not so much as to beg, to be visible but not to harm the applicant.
What is AMBI and why in Luxembourg?
LUXEMBOURG is in the European community and its taxation helps in the development of the ambitions of the entrepreneurs and easily capture international cooperation, the different companies based on the territory are specialized in the management of investment funds. Who is AMBI aimed at and what does it want to achieve?
We want to address investors directly: Business Angels, Family offices and Investment Funds, and be a pole of action of START-UPS, facilitating interactions by exchanging the simplest information. The format of our meeting is presented in the form of a multilateral cultural debate, including in the LIVE interview professionals and experts of different subjects useful to the START-UP, including: The banker, the accountant, historian, a minister of economy, a lawyer, a technician of the start-up present and the neo-born company and finally a company recognized in Europe or the world.

We are looking for a more suitable conference room, our interest is to demonstrate seriousness, to give value to "VC Venture Capital" professionals and start-ups brave heroes of our times, in this conference you will be welcomed with the aim of knowing us and supporting us.
Venture capital (VC) is a form of private equity and a type of financing for startup companies and small businesses with long-term growth potential. Venture capital generally comes from investors, investment banks, and financial institutions. Venture capital can also be provided as technical or managerial expertise.

THE AMBI CONFERENCE
The theme of the evening is LET'S CONCRETELY HELP the entrepreneur FINANCIALLY AND TECHNICALLY.
In a TV-set style atmosphere, 4 important protagonists will preside over our audience. An audience composed of spectators, entrepreneurs, investors and three STAR-UPS, the latter in competition for the evening. The guests invited to the technical-cultural debate will be interviewed and will preside over the stage of honor, invited as:... a minister, an economic expert, a bank manager, a politician, a journalist (specialized in the subjects indicated beforehand), a special guest (suitable for the debate), a technician of the subject that the start-ups are highlighting and finally the CEO of the company. Our guests will debate from the stage and help us understand how an SME can emerge with direct and concrete help. We will invite national and international investors to share all their experiences and they will be comfortably seated in the front rows of the room. We are sure to be more functional by having among us different funds: Family Office, Business Angels, Faund Investment, Occasional Investors and more. To make the evening more participatory, we will give an opportunity to the professional investors to evaluate, and vote for the START-UP, knowing that we and our experts will preview these SMEs with our experts. We will highlight the strengths and weaknesses but we will focus on the potential. It is in everyone's interest that these mini-enterprises are prosperous, create job opportunities and contribute more easily to the state interests to earn money.
